About the Role

Responsibilities may include diagnosing plumbing issues, repairing or replacing plumbing fixtures, installing water heaters, sump pumps, sewage pumps, gas piping, water treatment systems, and drain lines, as well as performing drain cleaning, sewer inspections, excavation work, and routine plumbing maintenance. Team members are also expected to communicate professionally with customers, maintain a clean and safe work environment, accurately document completed work, and represent H2O Pros with integrity and professionalism at every job site.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Punctual, dependable, and professional appearance

  • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

  • Basic hand tool knowledge (preferred for entry-level positions)

  • Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
